Privacy Notice

HR CONNECT MEXICO S.C. (hereinafter “Connect HR”), established in accordance with the laws of the Mexican Republic and with its registered address at (Ignacio Aldama 351, Ciudad Apodaca Centro, Apodaca, Nuevo León), is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “Law”) and its Regulations.

PERSONAL DATA

The personal data that Connect HR may collect, directly or indirectly, may include, but is not limited to, the following: first names, last names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, company name, IP address, and browsing cookies (See Cookies Policy section).

In any case, users guarantee and are responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the Personal Information provided, and commit to keeping it properly updated.

PURPOSES AND USE

Personal data may be used for the following purposes:

  • Address contact or quote requests.
  • Send information about our services or updates.
  • Establish and manage commercial or contractual relationships.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Additionally, we may use your data to:

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be transferred to third-party data processors, inside or outside of Mexico, to provide complementary services such as hosting, email delivery platforms, analytics tools, and CRM.

In all cases, Connect HR will verify that such third parties comply with adequate protection measures.

Connect HR adopts the technical, administrative, and organizational measures necessary to protect your personal data, including SSL encryption, secure passwords, and restricted access to information.

RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, AND OPPOSITION

You may request to access your Personal Data, rectify it, cancel it, oppose it, limit its use or disclosure, or revoke your consent, under the terms of the Law, its Regulations, and other applicable provisions.

The procedure and requirements that your request must contain in accordance with the provisions of the Law and its Regulations are as follows: i) your name and address or another means to provide you with a response, ii) a copy of the document that proves your identity or the legal personality of your representative (copy of a valid official identification), iii) a clear and precise description of the Personal Data you wish to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose, and any other element that facilitates the location of your Data, as well as iv) any other requirement established by the Law and its Regulations and/or other applicable provisions.

DATA RETENTION

We retain your data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes of the processing and in accordance with the applicable legal timeframes.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE

Connect HR reserves the right to modify, update, or adjust this privacy notice at any time. This Privacy Notice, the processing of your Personal Data, and/or all related documents are governed by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other laws and regulations of the United Mexican States.

Acceptance of this Privacy Notice or the absence of opposition, once made available to you, implies an express acceptance of its terms and your express submission to the courts in the state of Nuevo León for any controversy or claim derived from this Privacy Notice.
